Bendzi-Kilo 1
Founder and Principal
Meet Kilo 1, a disabled veteran with an honorable discharge and an impressive record of service. Kilo 1 served in the US military for 8.5 years, during which time he completed multiple deployments in combat zones. His dedication to his country and commitment to duty are evident in his decorated service record.
After leaving the military, Kilo 1 pursued a career in law enforcement and was selected to join a SWAT team. For two years, he trained and served with this elite team, honing his skills in tactical operations, firearms, and crisis management.
Kilo 1 expertise in security and law enforcement led him to a new challenge, and he spent the next nine years as a Diplomatic Mobile Security Specialist. During this time, he completed six combat deployments, providing protection and security for high-level government officials in some of the world's most dangerous locations.
Despite sustaining injuries during his military service, Kilo 1 remains committed to serving and protecting others. His experience, dedication, and passion for security make him a valuable asset to any organization seeking the highest level of protection for its personnel and assets.

Kilo 9 is a highly accomplished female professional with over 35 years of experience in the medical field, specializing in cardiology. She has been involved in leading multiple 501.c non-profit ventures across the East Coast to the West Coast. As an expert in the medical field and non-profit sector, she oversees the public affairs' and medical advisory portions of Valley Rooted Consulting. Her vast experience and knowledge have made her an indispensable asset to the team.
Kilo 10
Board Member
Kilo 10 is an experienced and highly skilled advanced tactical paramedic with over 20 years of military and private contracting experience working with different. With an extensive background in medical team management, he has served in multiple roles including as a US Air Force PJ instructor, a US Air Force special operations paramedic, and a lead medical trainer. Kilo 10 has also gained expertise in tactical combat casualty care, trauma incident commander, emergency scene management, and mass casualty management. He has been deployed to various regions including the Middle East, Africa, East Asia, and Ukraine. In 2020, Kilo 10 commanded a Covid response team in New York. With a strong track record of success and experience in high-pressure situations, Kilo 10 is a valuable asset to any team.

Board Member
Kilo 11 is a retired police officer with over 27 years of experience in one of the roughest cities in NC as a canine handler and trainer. He is the president of the International Police Work Dog Association (IPWDA) Master Trainer and certifier. His disciplines include narcotics, explosive detection, search and rescue, and more. He has trained officers and soldiers from various countries and is currently responsible for day-to-day canine operations at one of the largest Canine Training Academy. Additionally, he has served on various boards such as the National Explosive Detector Canine Advisory Board (NECAB) and Scientific Working Group on Dog (SWGDOG).

Kilo 12 with over ten years of customer interfacing, consulting and managing of numerous projects/events. Lead integration projects across international and domestic teams. Oversee failure investigations utilizing Agile Methodologies for integration, testing, troubleshooting, triage and bug scrums. Exceptional organizational skills coupled with the expertise to plan and attain goals with competing deadlines on a busy calendar. Possessor of excellent oral and written communication skills. Capability to develop solid executive relationships having worked with California State University Monterey Bay President, SAP Center Vice President, TiVo high level executives, and event A-list talent/ tour production management/ sports teams. Set up and strike of million-dollar events, vendor and B2B management, high value budgets and finance. Process improvement initiatives for environmental, hazardous waste and safety protocols garnering streamlined processes that provide instant savings to the project and company.
